Ok guys so I’ve always had a rough time falling asleep every night do to my anxiety problem I’ve developed over the past 6 years. I usually always need something on in the background i.e. TV, radio, computer. This in part being that I have a constant ringing in my ears. The past couple of weeks it has been really bad. My hands and feet/ankles get a tingling sensation like that needle and pin feeling. I believe this is all due to my alcohol problem. I used to drink really heavy about 4-5 nights a week. I’ve cut my drinking down but it feels like I need a drink to get comfortable and be able to sleep comfortably. Obviously this is very wrong but as I am typing this blog I have been up for 27 hours straight. Does anyone else have this problem? If so anything that you do to make you go to bed. I want like home remedies i.e. teas, certain foods, or vitamins. Not go pound a couple shots of nyquil.
