Paris Club / Studio Paris (parisclubchicago.com) has had a huge hype lately since they’ve opened up a few months ago, and from my visit yesterday I can tell they will have this hype going for a while. Two of my friends and I sat down to get a late dinner and the service was perfect! Our server was super friendly and right on time with the drinks and food. We tried quite a few things, but the sea scallops we’re one of my favorites! I’m huge on scallops and these we’re cooked just right with this amazing sauce lightly drizzled on them, I didn’t want it to end.
I order the Roquefort crusted let mignon for my dinner plate with asparagus no fries, which I washed down with a nice Brooklyn IPA! Once again I was super impressed, medium rare was the way to go. We tried quite a few other things on the menu (Paris Club Menu) which I can say we’re all very good. So yes, I suggest you stop by here after work or before you head out and either get some food or just check out the atmosphere. Even though we tried a couple things, I still could go out and have a good time without feeling too full. It was just perfect!
