It’s often hard to find something clean and fast to eat these days. Protein bar has filled that void very well in my opinion. A lot of the menu items are based around quinoa, which is a grain high in protein and fiber while low on the glycemic index. They have smoothies, wraps, salads and much more. I posted a picture of the Quinoa Chili below(the white stuff is greek yogurt, not sour cream). If you are looking for quick, healthy bite to eat check this place out!
