Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse w/ PDA

I wanted Sashimi but obviously Paulie always gets his way.  So we ended up at this Brazilian steakhouse.  Salad bar was amazing, probably the best chicken salad I’ve ever had.  Steak was pretty good, my favorite was the bottom sirloin.  As you can see in the last picture PDA wasn’t feeling that great.  Shoulda listened to me. :)

THE RISE OF THE FOOD TRUCK!

Hot Dogs, Pizza, Italian Sausages, & Cheese Fries are the more familiar foods that come from the back of Chicago’s Food Trucks.  The newer concept: gourmet foods placed in tricked-out-rides whose whereabouts are broadcasted among all the popular social networks for the people.  I recently tried “the MEATBALLS MOBILE” and go the Shweddy Meatballs – Spicy Tunisian Style Lamb & Chicken Balls, Eggplant, Zucchini, TomatoREAD MORE

I have never had anything bad from this place. Awesome atmosphere, staff and vibe. The patio in the summer is even better. Its on armitage and western. CheckREAD MORE

Protein bar – Chicago

It’s often hard to find something clean and fast to eat these days. Protein bar has filled that void very well in my opinion. A lot of the menu items are based around quinoa, which is a grain high in protein and fiber while low on the glycemic index. They have smoothies, wraps, salads and much more. I posted a picture of the Quinoa ChiliREAD MORE
